La Primera Enmienda / The First Amendment.

The First Amendement to the United States Constitution reads as follows:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Please tell me if the following is a fair and accurate translation of this amendment. Please make corrections where needed. Gracias.

An American baseball umpire once said, "I just call'em the way I see'em." For me, the 1st Amendment gives me the right to "just call'em the way I see'em." - SanMateo1 , May 31, 2012
